So after criticism that Disney has never used a black princess as one of it's main characters in their movies. The film Princess and the frog sees princess Tiana becoming the first black princess. The whole film set in the 1920's in New Orleans is very much about Tiana's dream to own a restaurant and cook her food to guests that she invites.
Every part of this film has Disney magic sprinkled all over it. The way in which the story is told and the underlying messages make this movie more magical and romantic.
After wowing audiences in America, there is no reasoning why this film cannot be such a success in the UK.
I personally love it!!
